This is a 72-room property opened in April 2006 and located on New York's Times Square. Far from the normal hotel experience, this is a sleek, black and daring boutique property. Merge onto Brooklyn Queens Expy E via exit 4 toward I-278 W/Staten Island. Merge onto I-278 W/Brooklyn Queens Expressway. Take the I-495/L. I. Expressway exit, EXIT 35, toward Midtown Tun/Eastern L. I. /Greenpoint Ave. Merge onto I-495 W via exit 35W on the left toward Midtown Tun/Manhattan (Portions toll). Take the exit toward 38-40 STS/37 St. Turn slight left onto E 37th St. Take the 1st right onto 3rd Ave. Turn left onto E 42nd St. Turn right onto 6th Ave/Avenue of the Americas. Turn left onto W 45th St. The hotel is on the left.
