I would recommend to others it was a lovely hotel rooms were nice standard size very clean. Staff friendly and very helpful (they discovered it was my birthday and when I arrived back to the room there was complimentary wine and strawberries for me nice touch)

it is more expensive than other hotels but you get what you pay for

Good accomodation - well organised, plenty of good people and of good standard. Only drawback is the location which is a bit out of midtown, but close to the Museums - and do remember this is a hostel.

This is the second time I've stayed at the Dream Hotel. I like the location and it's only a short taxi ride or a nice walk to Broadway and Central Park is only a few blocks away.

The Dream is a total hotel with restaurant, roof top bar, room service, and complimentary wi-fi. I always get annoyed when I have to pay for wi-fi in a hotel.
I find the hotel staff friendly and eager to make your stay with them pleasant. The rooms are clean and nicely appointed with very comfortable beds. Some of the rooms are somewhat on the small side but still efficient for a travelers needs. I will stay at the Dream again when I return to NYC.

Opened in Autumn 2012 this is a really nice hotel. Located in a great part of town with Chinatown, Little Italy and Soho all in easy walking distance as are 3-4 metro stops making easy to get to wherever you want to go.

The room was small but well appointed and clean. Location close to JFK but not overly noisy. Breakfast was better than I expected (fresh fruit, cereals, toast waffles, juice, tea, coffee etc.
A lack of easy access to locations other than those served by the hotel means this is definitely not for the long stay, perfectly adequate for a couple of days upon arrival or prior to departure.
Having a car is an asset and there appeared to be more than enough parking spaces.
Overall I felt this hotel offered value for money.

Although the restroom was a small everything was exquisite. The queen bed was a little bit company for my taste, but the individuals at the place were very helpful. The best factor about the place is the location, only a blocks from time square and it's within a blocks or two of every theatre..This hotel in the centre of the theatre section has exquisite locations. The management staff was better than prediction. I never rested so well in a room on the bed which is very comfortable.

This Hotel is central to every where and the rooms are extremely clean and modern, I was amazed when I got to my room and saw the high standard of the room, and value for money. I have stayed at a lot of hotels that claimed to be good, but don't even come close to Dylan Hotel. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. I would recommend staying at this hotel in New York!

Convenient equally for JFK airport and the subway to Manhattan and the rest of the network, yet good value for NY. Exceeded expectations on that basis. Seemed to be a quiet, safe neighborhood. Would recommend on that basis alone. Room clean and quiet. Didn't try the restaurant, but it seemed popular enough.

Great value for money - I got a suite just for myself
Managed to check in 30 mins early
Breakfast was basic but adequate and nice
Suite room was big and had all the necessary amenities, though rooms, and hotel in general, need little finishing touches to make it excellent hotel

I would rate this hotel more 3.5 stars than the four star ratings by others that I reviewed before booking. The room was a decent size. The linens were very nice. But the bed was not that comfortable and neither were the pillows. Some comfort upgrades are needed before I would give it four stars.

However, the staff was excellent - the front desk was outstanding. The room and bathroom were always very clean upon our return at the end of the day. It was also very quiet.

I've stayed at the Andaz Wall Street a number of times in the last couple of years. I based my original decision on the positive reviews I found. Once again, I had a great stay. The staff was gracious enough to accommodate my early arrival off a red eye flight from the west coast. The staff was helpful, the room was great - spacious for NY, and the restaurant was pretty good too, which I hit a few times for breakfast during my stay. It's nice having the free internet and snacks, although they recently changed the chocolate bar they leave in the room, which wasn't nearly as good as what they used to leave. The location is convenient if you're doing any business downtown, and yet it's a short walk to the red, and J/Z express stops if you want to head uptown. Overall, it was a great stay!

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights last week and I will say that the hotel is very nice and the rooms are excellent, HOWEVER, the staff that works there is POOR POOR POOR. The maids are very courteous and speak little English but tend to your needs. We needed some extra towels and the maid called her boss, I forget her name but she is in charge of the maids. When the maid's boss came to our room, she was very rude and spoke to us like we were children. I got upset and told her that I would be talking to the Manager and she told me to do whatever I want, that this is a family run hotel and that she was the sister of the Owner and that her nephew was the General Manager. After she scolded us over towels, we never did get any

The room was amazing,clean,friendly. We kept on the 21th floor,to be real. Over tested Time Rectangular shape, new lcd TV,comfortable bed. Bathroom was refreshing and bathtub was hot and water need was excellent. Raise was fast, never had to wait very long at all.This destination was a satisfying location to come again to after a long day of visiting. There is not one negative element I can say. Thank you Periods Rectangle Use make our holiday ideal

A really brilliant hotel in a great location. The staff were always helpful; everything clean. The bed was most comfortable. Breakfasts of a Continental type only (nothing hot) but of a good and varied kind. My husband and I were completely happy but there was one gripe which applied to most New York buildings...it was a bit too hot for us. However the windows did open so that is how we managed our room temperature. definitely added more to our Christmas trip than just a place to sleep.

Location was perfect. Service was quick upon check-in and check-out. Room was clean, size was bigger than expected- bathroom could use a renovation- but no biggie. Not a modern and updated hotel but has a wonderful art deco feel that was very NYC! Best part was that the hotel offers valet parking for $35 a day. Would return again. Good pizza place right next door too!

"Skoosh" was extremely helpful and gave us our dream vacation. We had been to two local travel agents who could not meet our needs, but Skoosh could. We found the perfect place for my friend and me and everything ran smoothly. we had a great time and paid the lowest price and we made memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you!"
