The Royalton was beautiful and charming

I loved the decor however I found the bathroom to be dark and wish there was better lighting for makeup application.

We njoyed our stay at the Royalton.

The room was larger than others we have paid more for in Manhattan. The staff was helpful and friendly. Location was excellent, especially for the theatre and good restaurants. The lobby was dark and club-like, but I think many would think this a plus. I'd stay here again.

Had a blast!

My girlfriend and I spent a long weekend at the Royalton in Jan. and liked the hotel very much. It was located in a very convenient location for the theatre, restaurants, and even for the business meeting I had to sneak in on Monday morning. The room was very well appointed. Loved the shower and the balcony. It was very cool to have a balcony that looked out over mid town Manhattan. The lobby lounge scene was very enticing and a nice way to wind down at the end of the day. Since it was January, it was very cold, and the fireplace in the middle of the lobby made the atmosphere warm and inviting. It felt more like coming home to a hunting lodge rather than the lobby of a hotel. My only negative was that there was some construction on the street outside that was loud. Great hotel!
