The lobby of the The Marcel at Gramercy features whimsical mod accents and sleek, but comfortable furnishings. The hotel provides guests with 24 hour front desk and concierge, valet services, complimentary newspapers. A state of the art guest lounge, located on the 10th floor offers complimentary coffee and high-speed internet access. The hotel is located in Manhattan's Gramercy Park District within walking distance to Fifth Avenue shopping, the Flatiron Building and Union Square. It is minutes away from many restaurants and famous New York attractions such as museums, Little Italy, Rockefeller Center, theater district and nightlife. It is an intimate boutique hotel in traditional style. The lobby is small in size with minimal decoration, but evokes an inviting ambiance. Rooms are compact yet comfortable, decorated in a muted colour palette with blonde maple wood frames. The armoires and headboards are in the same honey-toned wood inset with black and white flower patterns. All marble bathrooms have glass vanities and Egyptian cotton towels, and are small in size.

design hotel with perfect location

great location. Beautiful terrace on 10th floor where you have a great wiev of the empire. The rooms are a little bit too smal, especially if you must stay in ny for more days.

Pleasant stay at Marcel At Gramercy

We were very pleased with the Marcel At Gramercy in NY. The hotel is located in an excellent location. The decor and the atmosphere are very pleasant. The staff is very efficient and pleasant. The room is quite small, but clean and nice. It certainly met our expectations, and it was already the second time we chose to stay at this hotel. We definitely recomment it to others.

Marcel at Gramercy

The room was very small even for NY standards........and was very costly.............however it was very clean and modern The staff at the front desk was very courteous. We requested a room above 9th floor and didn't get it. They said that this was the ONLY room left, though we reserved weeks before. Thought we would get a king size bed, but got the queen...the room was described as queen/king........But the location was very good for us. And there were NO bedbugs!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Marcel was beautifully appointed and centrally located,

The staff was great and the room was beautiful. We liked the hotel except of the elevators. They were not in scync and we had to wait in the hall for 7 minutes without airconditioning.

Yes I would recommend the hotel to others The room were a little small but were very comfortable and the staff was excellent. Yes it was good value for money considering everything in NY is very expensive. Expectations were fully met
