The hotel was an excellent value and very conveniently connected to Casino Niagara which is why I chose it. I would definitely stay there again. It met my expectation for an older hotel that had been updated to modern standards.

We had a wonderful view of the falls - unexpected for the price we paid! The people were very helpful. 2 of the 3 elevators were being refurbished which made for a long wait, but that was the only problem. Would highly recommend.

I would recommend the Crowne Plaza Fallsview. Our view of Niagra Falls was beautiful. It was a retty good value for the money. All of our expectations were met.

Absolutely! We stayed there for two nights over marathon weekend. It was only a short distance by taxi from bus station. It was an elegant hotel and the rooms were spotlessly clean. The staff were very helpful and the food excellent. A great feature for marathon runners is that the bus to the start of the race( Buffalo) left from outside the door and there was a free shuttle bus at finish which brought us back to hotel!The Starbucks in the lobby was very welcome too! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Niagara Falls! Will be back!!

This was a very nice hotel. Upon check in, they had assigned us a double bed but when we showed them our receipt for our bill and it stated either queen or king bed, they did change our room. Room was quite tiny but very nice and comfortable

I would recommend the hotel to others. We were so very impressed with our room and its value and cleanliness. The hotel staff was o.k.; they seemed to be understaffed for the busy weekend. The restaurant was delicious and the overall experience was great. Location, services, and room were all perfect!

We were very disappointed when we checked in to be told that there were no falls view available, especially as we had booked one and paid the extra for it. However next day a suite became available to which we were moved. It did make up for the initial dissappointment alittle but of course it did mean we could not settle into our room straight away.

We were given a queen bed room on the corner with a fallsview. The room was nice and clean although it had old furniture in it. The location of the hotel is very convenient. It was worth the money.

Yes we would recommend it to others. The hotel is nice although the rooms are really small. I expected them to be a little more roomy. The only real disapointment was the pool area. I felt like it needed a little upgrading. If you plan on attending the waterpark, pool condition doesn't really matter. Over all It was a nice stay. the staff was very courtious.
