No hottub, spa and fitness area were under watchful eye, made me uncomfortable. Not welcoming. Maids were agressively trying to clean rooms before 9 on check out day - kept knocking 3 or 4 more times. Main food in restaurant was buiffets which I found unappealing for a hotel of this caliber. I would not stay at this location again, however the rooms were large and the accommodations were comfortable. The bell staff were nice and helpful. This is next to Clifton Hill, seems like a circus, very commercialized, great for kids not so appealing to adults.

Staying 4 nights from 5/1 to 5/5/09. The hotel is located in outstanding location and good value. Staff are exceptionally friendly and the views are incredible ... BEAUTIFUL and VERY ROMANTIC!!

I would recommend this hotel to others. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I felt like it was a good value. Located close to the Falls, and Clifton Hill. The rooms were bigger than I expected, and kept nice and clean. Had a nice flat screen too.

The only issue I had was the air conditioner didn't work well in our room. Not sure why, because the hallways were always nice and cool. Other than that, this hotel did meet my expectations.

Easy walking distance to the falls with a slight slope on the way back to the hotel. Clifton Hills is right around the corner. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is very helpful. I would definitely say at this hotel again.
