I was pleasantly surprised at our hotel. We enjoyed staying there very much. We had a great room, great view and it was a great location! I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

For the price and location, it is recommended. The lobby is nice but the the rooms are a little outdated. Service was good. Overal good experience.

I would recommend the hotel to others. Location is excellent - obviously close to the falls, and the old casino (the new one is much much better however). I don't think we had internet, but can't imagine the majority of guests would be interested in working anyway. The elevators were a little busy, but service was quick and adequate. For the price, it was an amazing value. Rooms were clean. Beds were good. We had the city view.

Very nice and friendly staff there to greet us as we entered the parking area. Staff as a whole was very helpful and accomodating. Rooms were very clean. We needed a corkscrew while staying at the hotel, and one of the hotel staff members was nice enough to bring one right up to our room along with 2 wine glasses. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!!!
