We recommend this hotel highly and it exceeded our expectations. For the price that we paid, it was definitely value for the money. We brought our two kids, ages 5 and 7 to the hotel and found it to be the perfect size for them. Specifically the waterpark is not as large as the other two in Niagara and had a more homey feel to it. The rooms were large with microwave + fridge and were clean and well appointed. The staff was helpful and cheerful, without losing professionalism.

All in all, a very pleasant visit!

I would recommend the Americana as a good play to stay. The staff was very prompt and polite. They were very friendly and attentive. My husband said that he would stay here again as the beds were comfortable and the pillows were excellent. We usually bring our own pillows but in the Americana we didn't really need them. We were in Niagara Falls for a wedding so our main aim was to have a comfortable and relatively quiet place to sleep and relax. In this respect our expectations were met and exceeded as far as having a comfortable place to sleep. We didn't really use any of the other facilities but when we return to Niagara Falls again (and we do this on a bi-yearly basis) we will seriously consider staying here again and making use of some of these facilities. Our dinner at Jack Tanner's was very delicious.

Recommended to families with kids (younger than teenagers). The kids loved all the waterpark activities (including going out in the snow when a "real" fire alarm sounded)! Good value for money. Waterpark much smaller than the "Great Wolfe Lodge" though.

The room was small for 4 people. Other rooms had either balconies or a patio. The pool area had limited hours so our children had little swim time. The price on Skoosh was excellent, compared to what people wh booked through the Hotel paid.

The cost of the hotel through skoosh was great. The room was o.k . very standard. I would recommend to other families.

First of all, I didn't appreciate not being able to check-in prior to 4pm as the hotel staff made us wait until a few minutes past 4pm to check-in. Also, the front desk people seemed like they had some attitude issues.
Other than that I enjoyed my time with my family at Hotel Americana!

My wife 2 sons aged 5 & 7 and I visited this week, and loved it.
The staff was friendly, the hotel was spotless, the rooms were a good size and very clean, we loved the fact that our room had a fridge and a microwave.
The water park was great; there is something for all age groups.
We liked the fact that is not right in the "Falls district', this is a resort therefore if you so choose you can spend your entire stay in the complex.
Many of the other hotels, closer to the falls make you pay for parking this is not the case at the Americana.
The entire staff including the front desk staff, maids, lifeguards and staff working in the arcade was friendly and very helpful.
We look forward to our next stay at the Americana.
