We arrived at the hotel on a friday afternoon and the check-in was both fast and the staff was very friendly. At first they messed up our rooms but changed it immediately without any hesitation or argument. Our hotel room was clean, not a piece of dirt was found... We absolutely loved it and would definitely go back anytime. It was a great value for our money as it was close to all tourist areas and shopping. Definitely a recommendation to both families with children and couples without :)

We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. We LOVED the indoor courtyard with swimming pool and the access from our room to this area. We brought our grandkids and they loved the pool, the children's play area and the set-up of the room. Lucy, the friendly parrot who greeted us in the lobby, was a highlight too as was the beautiful entertainment playing by the pool outside the nice hotel restaurant. Our only complaint was some noisy "party animals" outside in the parking lot that kept my wife awake. There were many great restaurants nearby (including McDonald's right next door for the kids) and the Falls aren't too far away (a long walk or a short drive). We'll definitely be back - the price was right too!

Clean & comfortable Hotel, staff were friendly & helpful. Serves a good breakfast. Good location, not too far from Niagara Falls, shuttle bus in operation, but we used our own car & then the park & ride at the Falls. There is a swimming pool but doesn't open until 9am so we didn't get the chance to use it. Overall would recommend this hotel.

Definitely recommend it. The staff were great and especially helpful letting the kids eat in the bar and arranging a table for myself and brother (with partners) to go for a night out.
Our 3 years old also loved the pool and his swimming came on leaps and bounds whilst we were there.
Nice location also to be not right on top of the centre of town.

The hotel was great! I was very pleased with the cleanliness and the kids and I really enjoyed the indoor pool. The decor was nice and it's definately a good place for families.

When we checked in even the girl behind the desk said we got a great rate.
We have been twice and will return. great for families not so much for romance.
