We were given a queen bed room on the corner with a fallsview. The room was nice and clean although it had old furniture in it. The location of the hotel is very convenient. It was worth the money.

I would recommend the hotel to others. We were so very impressed with our room and its value and cleanliness. The hotel staff was o.k.; they seemed to be understaffed for the busy weekend. The restaurant was delicious and the overall experience was great. Location, services, and room were all perfect!

We were very disappointed when we checked in to be told that there were no falls view available, especially as we had booked one and paid the extra for it. However next day a suite became available to which we were moved. It did make up for the initial dissappointment alittle but of course it did mean we could not settle into our room straight away.

Very well maintained Hotel for an older property. The staff were very friendly, always saying "Hi" when they passed you in the hallway. The rooms and beds were excellent and very clean. The bathrooms were a little small but also very clean.
The parking is also free, if you get a "Players Card" from the casino next door, they share the same parking garage. When we stayed there, the "Crown Plaza" had just taken over the hotel.

Yes we would recommend it to others. The hotel is nice although the rooms are really small. I expected them to be a little more roomy. The only real disapointment was the pool area. I felt like it needed a little upgrading. If you plan on attending the waterpark, pool condition doesn't really matter. Over all It was a nice stay. the staff was very courtious.
