Have stayed her before, found the service wasn't as good this time, had to pay for parking and no free breakfast which was included last time and the parking was also free last stay. Stayed in the courtyard on the second floor, not very good if you have kids as there is no elevator and you have to carry everything up the stairs which was a bit of a pain. Overall for the money you get what you pay for. Would stay here again with friends but not with the family.

I would recommend this hotel to others who are looking for a cost effective hotel.
I was very impressed with the hotel due to its location and how close it was to Casino Niagara.
It was a good value for my money.
Most of my expectations were met.

We stayed in the outside courtyard area. The rooms were acceptable but the tower rooms inside the main building must be much nicer. If you stay outside, expect a lot of partying by the other guests.

Yes i would recommend this hotel, the reviews for this place were not very good, so i wasn't expecting much, but pleasantly surprised the staff was friendly. check-in was quick, was parking available right there for check in and we come in two different vehicles and there was no problem with parking and was also free for both vehicles and they let us use the parking the next day also to go shopping. Our room was just ok, but was clean and on the ground level with access outside which was great and only minutes from our vehicle. The bathroom was older but clean and the shower worked great. There was a nice pool and hot tub and the hotel is a great location to everything and they also through in a free breakfast at Applebees which was great. Overall it was a great value for the money.

Really dingy and smelly. The toilet bowl lid was broked. Just overall very very shabby. It was bareable for a one night stay where you do not plan to be in the room much.

Also I guess I should mention that we were in the back old motel not in the new tower...

We picked the Days Inn because it was a block away from Clifton Hill where all the action is & very close to the falls. For the proximity and cheap price of $159, I guess it was ok, but don't go to this place expecting anything but basic running water & clean sheets. It was in the center of it all which was good, but more of a party hotel where you invite 5-6 friends to stay with you & drink all weekend.
If you want cheap, this is the place for you.
They did, however give us a free breakfast voucher to the attached Applebees which was an unexpected treat. Free parking too, which is a rarity in Niagara Falls.

The Days Inn Clifton Hill was located in a tacky tourist area, but provided you were in a room in the central portion of the hotel, was clean and appeared to be recently renovated. The staff were pleasant and accommodating, and we felt safe. Be sure to bring directions with you as there are many Days Inn motels nearby. Also, if you like to head to Starbucks in the morning, you will need to head to one outside of the area of the hotel, as nothing opens before 9:00 (!)
