Watch out everyone for the $10 scam that goes on at the FALLS-PLAZA-HOTEL in Niagara Falls. They billed us a $10 one month after our stay at the hotel claiming that we used the bottled water in the room and tokens. Now we have been calling the hotel billing department (spoke with Lelan) and Jonathan, the manager, on a $10. charge that should never have taken place. Lelan on August 31, 2009, promised that we will see our refund in the next 72 hours. This never happened. On a few occasions the manager promised that someone in the billing department would contact us within 24 hours but in vain. To crown it all during our one night stay we had specifically requested for a crib but we never got one even after reminding them twice when we got there.

great place to stay for 1-2 night stay. The price from Skoosh is awsome close to $50.00 taxes incl. Can't beat that price any where else. Skoosh keep the prices low don't change any of your prices. Only disappointment just hate the fact you have to pay $10.00 for parking. Overall I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Great hotel for family, business and honeymooners. Its within walking distance to all attractions. We were within a stones throw from the skylon tower. For the price we paid, it was a steal. The hotel met all our expectations and more. The staff were more than helpful. I highly recomend this very clean and quiet hotel to anyone.

We were super impressed with his hotel for the rate. We were a bit worried with the rate being so low but were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The rooms were clean, the front desk staff were very helpful. We were able to store our bags at the front until check in and then again after we checked out which was helpful. We were within walking distance of restaurants and casinos. We would definitely book there again! Highly recommend it if you are looking for affordable, clean and safe accommodations. Exceeded our expectations!!

This was a pleasant surprise for the money!! Everything about the Clarion was better than expected. I did not try the on site restaurant but it looked very nice. Rooms are spacious & clean, staff is very friendly. I will definitely return soon.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay close to Niagra Falls for a good price. It was within walking distance to not only the Falls, but to a cool casino and to Cliffton Hill, a street with lots of great places to eat, drink and have fun with friends or family. You couldn't ask for more!!

I would recommend this hotel if you're planning to stay out all day & night, and all you need is just a place to sleep. It's a budget hotel - good for the price. Though, we did find hairs in our bed & pillows, but house keeping came right away to change our sheets and remake the bed (kinda grossed me out a little). Overall, it was an ok experience.

My husband and I did not sleep well the 2nd night because there was a loud party at the floor we are staying. I have to call Reception to make a complaint. I am not too sure if i am coming back to this hotel.
