Eastside Marios in the hotel, VERY POOR QUALITY BREAKFAST. Dinner Salty, Front desk staff, poor service. Tickets included in package, not given to guests as I met 4 people arguing as well for tickets, the staff give the vouchers knowing full well that the tickets were not in the envelope, so another trip down, one elevator working, I was told that the shows were sold out, I had prebooked in advance told all is confirmed, told them was not acceptable, offered $ 30. off or tickets to Imax, did not accept overheard another agent offering a man tickets to one of the shows as he prebooked for the same show as I, finally got the tickets to the Danny Zz show Excellent, spoke to the guests, had the same problem. The hotel itself is nice, clean,comfortable, after repairs will be better, Good Location,Food & Front Desk Service Very Poor. POOR

Yes, I have recommended it to others. The location is a perfect location for visiting the falls, Casino and Clifton hill or any of the numerous attraction that you can walk to. The hotel is upgrading much of their services. The rooms are clean and house keeping is on top of their game. The only dissappointment we had was that the cross walk bridge to the casino had been removed for the construction that is going on but this is only a minor disappointment.

Our hotel room was large. A nice entry way, rather small bathroom with nice counter top, king size bed, even a sitting area. The only thing was my perception was thrown off as the floor was actually slanted. My husband placed a wine bottle in the foyer and yep it rolled. ...and that was before we opened it up and drank it.

There are 2 sets of elev. and I assume we were in the older section that has just been refubished.

Other then that great price for that area of the falls, clean room and a comfy bed.

great view of falls
exceeded our expectations
definitely recommend to all
