Reviews Of Great Wolf Lodge, Niagara Falls,

Thank you Skoosh, for a great weekend at GWL!
I booked ten rooms through Skoosh for a reunion. All of the representatives I spoke to were very helpful. They contacted the hotel to ensure our rooms were together, and took care of a suite upgrade for me as well.

We really enjoyed the waterpark at GWL. The kids also enjoyed the Arcade. The rooms are clean, and the Majestic Bear Suite as large enough for our group to get together.

We have now stayed at GWL 2 years in a row, both booked through Skoosh. It is impossible to find a better rate. We saved approx $150. per night per room compared to booking direct with the hotel. We'll be back, same time, next year.

Yes, definitely would recommend to others.

GWL was clean, well kept and maintained, not one complaint about anything. Staff were always pleasant and helpful!

Excellent value for the money and more than our expectations were met. We enjoyed every minute and did not want to leave!

This was our second time at Great Wolf and the kids had a blast! Our boys are 12 and 8 and they loved the waterpark, the arcade, as well as the storytelling! The staff at Great Wolf go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The food options are a buffet restaurant and a little takeout place where you can also get pizza. I think 2 nights is good for staying and eating at Great Wolf. Any longer and I'd probably want to find a restaurant in Niagara Falls, which is very close. We took our boys to Clifton Hill one afternoon and it was just minutes away. If you have kids and are looking for a getaway to keep them busy (so Mom & Dad can get a break), definitely try Great Wolf. We also get the very basic room to save money and it was great!

Would definitely recommend. Easy, relaxing family vacation. No money, no keys needed as everything is charged to your wrist band, which also opens the door to your suite. Very clean, friendly staff.

Would highly recomend this super clean, fun filled lodge to anyone young or old. Great value for money. Lots to do and definitely lots to see. The only negative thing was the noisy air conditioner in the room. Can't wait to take the kids back!

Just back from first visit to Great Wolf Lodge in Niagara and just wanted to share.

WOW, from check-in to check-out we were very impressed. All staff we spoke to were very friendly, themeing was spectacular, entire resort was spotless. It was a great 2 nights/3 days.

IMHO, the waterpark/resort is super for families with children of all ages. There is a super area where the water is heated a little warmer then the rest of the park that has splash zones, pool, slides for toddlers/preschoolers. The waterpark also features 7 slides for schoolaged kids (some preschoolers could use) as well as a lazy river, rope swing area, adults only hot tubs (inside and out), nice size wave pool as well as an additional pool.

The bonus for us is that the waterpark also features a large outisde pool, lounge chairs, snack shop, great music/games/atmosphere. This is where we spent the majority of our time since the weather was fabulous.

The resort also features mini golf, spa, fitness centre, good sized arcade, main restaurant and snack bars. We found the food to be average priced but drinks and snacks were very expensive. Each room features a good sized fridge and microwave so we had brought a case of water with us along with tons of snack/breakfast/lunch options. The only $ we ended up spending on food was once we ate in the buffet restaurant (dinner, $8 kids, $22 adults) as well we ordered in Franks pizza (off site) one night.

The resort also has a great gift shop which we thought was very reasonably priced (except for sundries).

Our favourite feature of the resort would probably be the entertainment team led by Jason (Mr. Fun). This team works extremely hard to ensure guests have a wonderful time. Jason himself was incrediby hardworking and really shone. He hosted a ton of games poolside (outdoor) .

We would not hesitate to return to this resort again and would really love to go christmas week but prices are high that week so we will have to wait and see.

I got a great deal on Skoosh for GWL in Niagra....the others were asking way too much. We used the waterpark in the early morning and in the late evening and even though others were there, not so many that it made it unenjoyable. Labor Day fireworks by the lodge were really pretty good. Nice to have the mini-golf available onsite. The hotel sits outside the major tourist trap and in a really beautiful part of the river, yet was close enough to venture downtown.

This is our third time going down to Great Wolf Lodge in Niagara Falls. It has been excellent and exciting each visit. Rooms are always neat and clean. The waterpark is impressive and caters to every age group. ALL of the staff there are very friendly. Each visit, we got to check in 2 hours earlier. It can be very pricey through their actual website but not through SKOOSH. It was our first time booking through SKOOSH, what can I say. EASY, EFFICIENT and RELIABLE!

I would recommend this to families- my 12-11-&4 yr old had a blast. The older ones did not get bored in the waterpark. Plenty of lifeguards, warm water (except wavepool) PROS: -large clean room with couch and sitting area &2 TVs (kid camp room) -storytime at night, cub club, morning wolf walk and show - kept my little one entertained with non-swimming activities (nice break) -wristbands that open guestroom doors, lockers, and you can scan to have photo taken of you down the slides -fridge/microwave -friendly staff CONS: - not allowed to microwave popcorn in the rooms due to additional cleaning fee -photographs at only two slides -wish there would have been for more slides or pool areas -would have made the usb pin more worth it -arcade games too expensive-$2=4 tokens -need more activities for older kids I got a good deal thru Skoosh so it was goodvalue forthemoney
