Excellent service - Checked us in early (12pm) - Brought extra towels to our room promptly - Everything was very clean - Beds were very comfortable - Great pool - Close to falls - Only complaint would be some bad stains in bathroom were really unsightly and had us slightly question cleanliness and price of buffet/dining was a little excessive.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. I have stayed at the Hilton Niagara at least two other times and it never fails to please you. Everyone is so nice and pleasant. The breakfast wasn't included with the room price, but I was able to purchase two breakfasts for the price of one when I checked in. I actually saved $20 american each day! I would highly recommend staying at the Hilton to anyone who wants to stay at a gorgeous 4-star hotel. The breakfast buffett and the view of both the american and canadian falls are breathtaking!

Great hotel! I had a Queen size bed, but upon request I was able to get a room with a King size bed! The room was big with a jacuzzi. Staffs were friendly and helpful! Would stay again

The hotel was one of the best we've stayed in. Great location, beautiful lobby, and great pool and hot tub. The beds at the Hilton were the best. This is where I will stay on our next trip up to Niagara Falls.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. The pool however was extremely crowded. I don't recommend going during Canada's March break. The surrounding areas were expensive and you were charged a significant amount for nothing. Everything is large chains and it was hard to find a local restaurant not affiliated to a chain. The Brazilian Steak house was the best food and well worth your dollar.

Very good value for the price. View from room was lacking. Room window looked out to a concret wall.Hotel however was everything you expect from a Hilton.

The Hilton Niagara was wonderful. Very friendly staff, beautiful room and extremely well kept hotel! The best part of the Hilton was that is was right beside the fallsview casino and they had a indoor bridge that connected the hotel to the casino making access much easier!
All and all I would highly highly recommed staying at this hotel in the future.
