Imperial Hotel and Suites

This hotel stay was good for the money and on the main strip. Parking was available at the rate $10.00 a day.
Upon arrival our reservation could not be found as it had not gone through. We did have verification of our reservation and Peter at the front desk was amazing. He promised he would do everything possible to take care of the situation and we should just go out and enjoy our stay. My husband and I were given an update as often as we asked. Peter followed through on his word and took care of all the calls needed to be made to get the matter cleared up. The staff at the restaurant was excellent. They were very accommodating and friendly. adz

great value for the money,great location [walking distance to everywhere] room was very clean and big , our expectations were exceeded, the girls that run the restaurant were very friendly as were the front desk staff, will definitely stay again loved it. highly reccommend it

This hotel is excellent value for your money, we found the room very spacious with fridge and microwave. The staff was very nice and helpfull. The pool was in the basement and not too exciting, but the kids loved it! The location is great too, walkable to the falls and clifton hill.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hotel, mais la prestation n'etait pas du tout à la hauteur de celle que nous esperions! Très forte odeur de cigarette dans la chambre alors que sur le site, il est bien précisé que les chambres sont " non fumeur",et nous avons dû payer 15 dollars de parking, alors que sur le site il était précisé "parking gratuit.
De plus, le personnel, n'etait pas tres sympatique, lorsque nous avons rendu la clef, personne n'a répondu à notre "goodbye"
Je ne conseillerais donc pas cet hotel! Dommage.
