I was somewhat disappointed with this hotel. However there were many good qualities. The hotel was in a great location and easy to find.The reception area was nice and clean and the staff were friendly. The room was clean and a nice size with comfortable beds and pillows. But on the negative side the view wasn't very good and I had a complaint about the bathroon. The shoer didn't work and the water drained very slowly. When I mentioned it to the staff in the morning they wanted to know why we didn't tell them sooner. Perhaps if we were staying another night that would have make more sense. We ddin't become aware of the problen until the morning and that was when we were leaving. I thought we should have been offered a discount, but we were pffered nothing. I am not sure if I would stay here again.

THIS MOTEL IS RATED THREE AND HALF STARS HOWEVER I FEEL THE RATING IS SOMEWHAT MISLEADING. THE MOTEL WAS VERY COMFORTABLE AND THE LOCATION WAS NICE. JUST YOUR AVERAGE MOTEL STAY. STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND ROOM WAS CLEAN. NOT MUCH OF A VIEW. ACCEPTABLE FOR THE PRICE THAT I PAID THROUGH SKOOSH

Rooms were nice and clean. We enjoyed the jacuzi after walking the whole day. Parking was free. Overall, good value for money.

Great spot to see Niagara Falls, and also visit the surrounding area. It's right on the main road that runs along the river, and it's only about a ten to fifteen minute walk (at a relaxed pace) to the falls themselves. Ten minutes to the main strip. Since it's on the main road as well, it's a really easy starting point to explore the Niagara on the Lake area, surrounding wineries etc.

The hotel itself was nice. The parking is free, although check in before parking your car - then you can use the bigger lot around the back (they'll give you a code). We didn't do this, but next time I'm going to ask if we could check in earlier than the 3pm... or at least to park there beforehand. Would have saved us the hassle of trying to park in the expensive lots nearby.
