Our stay at Michael's Inn was very comfortable. It's an older motel, but updated and very clean. The desk clerks were all very accommodating and pleasant. They were not, however, very helpful in recommending good restaurants. You're on your own there. But it was a good value for the money. The motel restaurant was very good for breakfast . They have a breakfast buffet, but choose from the menu for hot food. We did not particularly like the dinner menu.

yes would recommend this hotel good points location set away from the noise of high street but within walking distance Rooms clean food excellent. Great value for money dissapionted we didnt get a better view ,but appart from that excellent.

There was a lack of communication as far as bed size goes, but the hotel upgraded our rooms for the same price to make up for it. Didn't like that you get charged for making local calls from the hotel phone; they should really write that on the phones or something. Loved the pool, hot tub and sauna. Would recommend since it is close to the tourist area.

Michael's Inn was in a great location for us - we really could see the falls from the front of the hotel. The room was clean, although the furnishings were dated. Overall, I would recommend it to others.

Yes I would recommed it to others. The only thing that disappointed me was housekeeping.Found a beer cap on the bathroom floor and a tennis in the middle of the room. The value was outstanding for the price I was charged. Just the over site of the beer cap and the tennis ball every thing else were great.

My boyfriend and I were looking for a cheap, clean place to stay for the Valentine's Day weekend and Michael's Inn was the best choice for us. We found the inn easily, the front desk was very helpful, the room was clean and the pool area was nice. This inn met all of our expectations and will be the place we stay next time we visit the falls. The location is pretty good. We are college students so we walk quite a bit, but it is easy to find parking around the area. A definite good place to stay.

Ladie at front desk very rude, no customer service at all, everytime I went to the front desk, she was giving everybody a hard time. No Ice, no pop or snack machines. Had to go outside to minus 13 celius weather to get any amenities. I have stayed over the last 20 years many times at Michaels Inn, Hotel going down hill, needs to upgrade. Rooms smelled really bad, had to leave the window open most of the time for my three night stay.

We just enjoyed another great stay at Michael's Inn. Is it a five star hotel? No, but it's a great place in a good location for a good price. Don't pay full price, use sidestep or skoosh to find a good deal. It's within easy walking distance or the falls, the casino and Clifton Hill. They have a pool and fitness room. We stay there every time we go up.

The Michael's is a great hotel for the money. Clean, spacious rooms. The staff is very friendly. I missed the continental breakfast they offered in the past. Parking is free & that's a big savings for the location!! We've stayed many times before & will return again!
