Right in the heart of downtown, across from Keg, close to everything. Simple, clean rooms, great for families. Highly recommend.

Great location, close to everything. Had rooms on the second and third floors, you can see the falls even from there. Parking was inlcuded, very fast check-in, check-out. Would definitely recommend for the price.

Location was excellent. View is fantastic. The closest to the Falls. Service was outstanding. Its a little out of date and its not luxury as the advertise themselves.

This was my second time at Oakes. Previously I was in one of the top floors, and it was really really nice! Fallsview Lounge on the floor 14 is very nice too.
This time I chose a more economic room and they gave me courtyard view room... it was very bad, crappy, dirty and noisy. For the price I paid (over $150 - 4 guests), you can get any motel in the area with free breakfast and free parking.
I would not recommend it unless you pay more and get top floors (5-18).
Dont listen to the woman at the lounge selling "bargains" for Niagara trips and go to the information kiosks at the falls. Good Luck!

This is an excellent hotel with superb views of the falls. It is situated next to hotels that chrage almost double!
We were on the 6th floor of 22, and still had great views- there are viewing galleries on the 14th!
The room was of excellent quality, air con very effective and comfortable beds.
Staff were very friendly and polite.
