The Fallsview Plaza Hotel (formerly the Renaissance Fallsview), located in the prestigious Fallsview District of Niagara Falls, is approximately 450 meters from the mighty splendour of the Falls,and features 262 newly designed luxurious guestrooms, complete with down duvets and a full compliment of upgraded amenities with 2 double beds that can accommodate up 4 persons sharing existing bedding. The 18th floor Rooftop Fallsview Dining Room features regional Niagara cuisine and a full selection of local VQA wines. Mulberry's Dining Room serves continental food for breakfast and lunch, and William's Lounge provides evening relaxation after a hard day's sightseeing. A fully equipped fitness centre with weight and cardio equipment, indoor squash and racquetball courts, dry saunas, heated indoor pool with 3 waterfall fountains and whirlpool provides a tropical oasis at the Fallsview Plaza Hotel. This is now a non-smoking hotel.

I travel often for work. They usually put us up in 4 & 5 Star Resorts. Suffice it to say I am spoiled. This Hotel, although not a grand resort, is definitely very nice. The rooms are adequate in size and very clean. The staff at the front desk is extremely helpful. The only negative I experienced was the parking. The hotel is currently renovating their parking facility. You have to valet your car. Cost to valet is $20 per night and they request a 15 minute lead time to pick up a vehicle. I recommend parking across the street at the Falls View Casino. Their garage has an exit directly across from the Falls Plaza hotel and they only charge $5 per night. Please note: I did not utilize any of the facilities at the hotel such as the pool, gym or restaurant.

This hotel was a great value for the money. It is in a wonderful location and is attached by a bridge to the Fallsview Casino. It was very clean and the staff was very nice. If you are a "breakfast person" don't be fooled by the $8.99 breakfast buffet. It really was not that good and I ended up eating $8.99 worth of fruit! The shuttle runs every 30 minutes and the drivers were also very friendly. I would definately stay here again.

The rooms and service were very nice but I thought that the $20.00 a day for parking for hotel guests is a little steep.

The rate was the best we could find on a Saturaday for a very nice hotel! It was so close to the casino. Very clean rooms and pool area was spacious! Would go back again!
