The room was nice n clean but we got horrible view from the window. The washroom needed to be fix after using it once yhr water is dripping all night. On the website parking was 12 $ but I was charged $20. Other then that it was a good stay.

It's great for kids. They have the freedom to enjoy the entire facility morning, noon & night!
My only (minor) criticism would be that there aren't enough sitting areas at the cafe by the waterpark (if you don't want to eat IN the water park)
Check in always seems to be a little too busy and I had to sit in lobby for 2 hours while rooms were gotten ready. But the kids didn't mind as they headed straight to the watermark.
Overall, it's wonderful for kids & all the staff are very kind and sweet.

We loved the family suite as it was quite comfortable for a family with 2 young kids. It was spacious and has refrigerator and a microwave !!

Stay at Michael's most New Years Eve's. It is in walking distance to everything that we need. It is ole an tired but fine for 1 night. They are currently in the process of refurbishing.
Front desk staff not the most pleasant, but as I said for 1 night don't really care. Would most likely not stay for a weekend.
It's what we expect for the money we pay for New Years Eve.

Service was excellent, breakfast was included and a good variety of food! View of the Falls from our room was great. Room was very comfortable, and, although it was pricey, was good value. I would recommend this hotel, for sure!

This hotel stay was good for the money and on the main strip. Parking was available at the rate $10.00 a day.
Upon arrival our reservation could not be found as it had not gone through. We did have verification of our reservation and Peter at the front desk was amazing. He promised he would do everything possible to take care of the situation and we should just go out and enjoy our stay. My husband and I were given an update as often as we asked. Peter followed through on his word and took care of all the calls needed to be made to get the matter cleared up. The staff at the restaurant was excellent. They were very accommodating and friendly. adz

Highly recommend staying there again, can bring your kids to the pool and a short walk to down town and the falls as well as My Cousin Vinny's. Nice clean rooms,comfortable beds, and a short walk to Timmies.Great price, great service

The hotel was okay.... expected more from the water park, although the kids slides were good for 3-4 year olds. The water was slightly cold though. Restaurant service was poor - eat elsewhere.

I would definitely recommend this hotel, even though it's one of the furthest hotels from Clifton Hill. However, it is closer to the Falls & Skylon Tower. You can always purchase shuttle passes which takes to both Casinos if you aren't up for the 15 min walk. It's not much of a walk to the Hill from Casino Niagara, if you decide to shuttle The pool could've been deeper & warmer, but it's extra safe for kids. I thought the value was amazing, thanks to Skoosh. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The rooms have been updated/renovated; the beds were quite comfortable; the room was very clean and the cleaning staff were very helpful. The Radisson does meet/exceed expectations. It's right across from TGIFridays & close to the new Casino (walking distance). We already booked our next visit for February 2012. Luv it, give it a try and see.

Def. would reccomend for a nights stay, if you like a different type of place.. this hotel has a whole different feel to it, from a busy crowded hotel in the falls.. Loved it..

Great place for all ages. Easy to find. Good restaurant. Good bar on premises. Rooms are quite nice in the tower. Nice place.

The team that was working on New Years Eve, the room, very good value for the money, the breakfast included.
Just need to take care of the elevator and fix some parts of the parking lot

The Old Stone Inn exceeded our expectations. Housed in an attractively restored historical building, it is within walking distance of the Falls and other area attractions. The staff could not have been more helpful or pleasant. We ate in the hotel restaurant and found the variety and quality of the offerings to be satisfactory. We would definitely recommend this hotel when staying in Niagara Falls.
