No surprises here - the room was large and clean, everything worked and all of that. But the front counter staff appeared like young rookies, not sure of much of their work. Biggest disappointment: the free breakfast. The coffee, cold cereal and juice were fine, and that's all you should expect. The bagels were tasteless, nobody seemed interested in replacing food that ran out, and the bowl of hard-boiled eggs was a nice touch but there was no salt and pepper. We asked for some and were old "Somebody must have taken it to their room." Couldn't afford two sets, I suppose. But the price was right.
