Welcome to our resort! Our resort is located on the banks of the crystal clear Saco River, in the heart of the beautiful White Mountains of New Hampshire. In the summertime you are greeted by our wonderful rose-bordered walkway as you enter through the front door into our foyer. The hotel’s rustic and warm country charm has many of our guests refer to us as their "Home away from Home.” Merrill Farm Resort is a wonderful New England bed & breakfast inn nestled among beautiful trees and lovely landscaping on seven acres. Its rustic and warm, as well as tranquil, country charm will make you feel at home with us. We are known for our warm hospitality and quality service. Our resort features 60 units in a wide range of accommodations from quaint original inn rooms to more modern standard rooms, to luxury rooms, spacious family lofts and even rustic cabins.Almost all of our rooms have refrigerators and many have VCRs. A few of our cottages have kitchenettes and woodstoves. All of our units have air-conditioning, color cable TV, private baths and telephones. We also offer the use of two guest laundries. Our rates include our Rise-n-Shine breakfast, with various kinds of homemade muffins made fresh daily. Also included is our afternoon cookie-time, which offers home-made chocolate chip cookies accompanied by different beverages. All baking is done right here in our own kitchen!During the warmer seasons our guests enjoy fabulous hiking or complimentary canoeing, and visiting the numerous interesting, educational as well as enchanting family attractions located in our area. We have various lawn games available and there are also cook-out areas for our guests. Being close to numerous major ski areas, snowmobile trails, cross-country ski trails and indoor and outdoor ice skating makes Merrill Farm Resort a perfect winter destination. On Saturday nights we toast s'mores in our large fieldstone fireplace. You can also enjoy either our indoor or outdoor hot tub!

We would highly recommend it to anyone. The charm of the setting - nearby river and woods, the spacious suite we had, the delicious breakfast, and the closeness to the attractions of North Conway. It was a bit pricey, but we enjoyed being there thoroughly and would spend the money again to go back. All our expectations and then some were exceptionally met.

Yes to all. It was conveniently located for my sister and I as we had dinner plans with friends on the West Side Road which at difficult traffic periods in North Conway (during foliage is particulary helpful).
Our room was clean, quiet and staff were very helpful. Especially enjoyed the common dining area for coninental breakfast. Seemed mixed with folks from Europe and elsewhere. Would definitely stay there again and the rates were comparable to those in the area.

For people who are looking for a comfortable, attractive, clean and economical stay at an Inn that is convenient to North Conway attractions, Merrill Farm Resort is a good choice. There is no restaurant at MFR but a generous continental breakfast and tasty afternoon cookies and other refreshments are offered, and there are a variety of nearby restaurants for lunch or dinner that range from reasonable family restaurants to fine dining. Our winter stay was in a rustic 2nd building that is behind but close to the main Inn. It was clean, comfortable, warm, quiet , included a TV with DVD and VCR, and had a spectacular view. The same building includes a basement exercise room, sauna, hot tub (available to rent for $10 per half-hour), and common areas with comfortable seating; however, a noticeable musty odor was present in all of the lower level rooms.

The Merrill Farm was adequate, clean, and convenient to the attractions of N.Conway. A good buy for the price, a decent breakfast is offered, cookies in the afternoon, and a TV room for the kids.

very nice inn....good breakfast,nice people,great location....we had a room near the stairs leading to breakfast with the headboard at the door so we could hear everything happening in the hallway....kids running....i am sure most other rooms were much quieter....overall a very nice place to stay
