The hotel was well kept and very clean. It was close to all the theme parks about 4 miles with the ex ception of sea world. About 1 mile away. The pool isn't anything to brag about. The good thing is that it's open till 11:00 pm. Stay away from the so called ticket specials by the front desk. After about wasting a half hour talking with them. It turns out I needed to attend a timeshare breakfast to qualify for the specials. I wasn't gonna waste 90 minutes of my vacation time. Overall It was decent but I would look to Spend a little more $ for a nicer pool area. Hope this review helps.

I would recommend this hotel to others and I will stay again as I have stayed multiple times now. The rooms are clean and modern. The linens are fresh and the staff is friendly. It is a very good value and conviently located to all the Orlando attractions especially Disney. The buffet breakfast is also good.

This is an excellent hote. Rooms are modern and very clean. It is located at the entrance to Downtown Disney. There are many shops very close by. I will stay there again next time I visit Orlando, FL.

Good value. Shuttle to Disney World was great. A lot of resturants in the area. Hotel's restaurant open only for breakfast, but good buffet. Very pleased!

Location is everything and this property is right outside Disney, less than 2 minutes away. Absolutely great for the dollars. Rooms were clean and the food was very good. The employees were outstanding just like at all Marriott properties. We have stayed at this property before and we will stay again.

Compared my son's hotel in Disney's Hotel Circle, Courtyard Palm Parkway was 10 times better and 1/2 the price. Many resturants in walking distance to choose from and a 10 minute drive to Disney and other attractions, The price and beautiful view we had from our second story balcony room was great. Stayed 6 nights in a centrally located area. No stress because of low crowds.They provided a refridgerator and a microwave for our convinence. I just wish we could have stayed a few more days. Can't wait to go back. My son said when he returns he'll stay @ Courtyard Palm Parkway.

This place is a great value for families who are visiting Disney World. It's right across the street from one of the main entrances to the Disney World area; it's a few minutes drive to Downtown Disney and other attractions. The hotel has a small shop for snacks, drinks, and souvenirs. It also has an arcade, and two pools. The room we had was nicely decorated, with a balcony overlooking one of the pools. The bathroom, carpet, television, etc. were basic, but again, very good value if you get the place at a good price (under $100 per night)
