I would definitly reccommend the Caribe Royal. The rooms were nice and big, especially after just coming off a cruise cabin. The best thing however, for our family was the pool. Our 2 children absolutely loved the pool with the big slide. There was a lifeguard on duty by the slide at all times and my kids loved it as much as any of the parks we went to. My expectations were exceeded and we really enjoyed our stay!

I had stayed at the Disney Caribbean Resort for 3 days and then moved over to the Caribe Royale. I was unbelievable surprised at the quality of the Caribe Royale. The pool was phenomenal, the rooms were bigger and the furniture was comfortable, and appeared brand new. It even smelled great. The staff was friendly and overly helpful. I felt like I was in the Caribbean., where service is always exceptional. There is no way I would choose any other hotel, when I return to the Orlando area. To top it off the price at the Caribe Royale was 60% cheaper than the Disney property. Other than the fact that they charge too much for Internet access, I would give them a 110% approval rating. Once again, start to finish this was one if not my best hotel experiences in the US. James Rogan MD Indiana.

The Hotel has a very nice atmosphere and layout. It is not located on the Walt Disney World Resort grounds, but is only 5 minutes away. It was nice to get out of the congestion of the parks at night. The Hotel is set-up for the business man or women but is also perfect for a family.

Large hotel with adequate ameneties. Restaurant service generally slow and rooms (wgich are very large) do need a face lift. Very near to Disney World and the airport but a few miles from the main areas of Orlando. Not bad for the price overall.

Location was desirable. Property was in good condition. Once inside I felt that the employees and management could spend much more time on the attention to details that were necessary. There were a lot of scratchs on the furniture and some of the coverings were separating on once inside the room. Overall, it appears nicer on the outside that inside, but it was a decent value overall.

1.Hotel needs shuttle from/to the airport. 2.Room service was excellent. 3.Would like to see more seafood on menu. 4.Rooms are cleaned too late in the day. 5.Staff very cordial!!
