THis hotel is the largest Marriot in North America. Its huge in size and immpresive. Great and many dinning venues, amazing pool areas, perfectly manicured grounds, the best steak house (Hawks Cay) In Orlando, Fantastic overall resort amenities. Where this hotel falls short was the customer service and the rooms. Particulalry front desk agents that are very rude and dont even welcome you at check in. There are also long lines for check in due to the many conventions at the hotel. There is no dedicated Marriott Rewards check in line either. This was a real turn off for me. The rooms are comfortable. But they are dated and could use a remodel. The bathrooms are ok. But not very clean. Because the facilty is so nice (Outside of your guestroom) id stay here again. Overal this is a great place. Its just to bad the custoner service is notasimmpresiveasthebuildingitself.

I would recommend this hotel to others, however I would get them to learn the layout of the hotel. Parking is at a premium and I didn't learn till the last day there was a parking lot available right behind the building, (past all the parking garages). Also they pushed to Valet the car when checking in. This hotel met my expectations and it was a better value going through Skoosh!

The facility was very nice and the staff was great! It was a good value for the money. We attended a conference at this hotel and it was well suited for our group and very comfortable. I'd definitely stay at this facility again.

This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Rooms are nothing out of the ordinary but the lobby area, bars, choice of 6 good restaurants, absolutely fantastic pool and very friendly staff are all excellent. We were there at a relatively quiet time and maybe that helped as if it were at full capacity (200o rooms!) maybe it would be too busy. It is also very close to Disney which was great for our family.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The pool areas, restaurants, rooms, public areas, service, cleanliness and hospitality are all five star. Your family will love it. The only thing you need to know for sure is you must have a car in order to get to the sites away from the hotel. They have limited transporattion unless you take cabs and that gets very expensive. I had never used Skoosh before and I was a bit nervous trying the site for the first time. Everything was great including my request for early check in, and the savings using Skoosh was over $ 100.00 a night. I was very happy.

It was a fair price for a beautiful hotel. We checked into to a room and there was a queen bed. We asked for a king and got it! Excellent service

Everything was perfect. The Room, the pool area, spa ect. The only bad thing is that the parking lot was far from the actual hotel but no a big deal.
