I booked this hotel in hopes of acquiring a business-like environment during my short stay. My original assumption that the hotel was located well off the main Disney path packed with families and children proved inaccurate. Despite the fact that the hotel's main attraction is the adjacent golf course, the number of families at this facility was overwhelming for a business professional.
The Good: excellent, pleasant staff; excellent, very attentive room service and in-room dining staff; clean, professional facility, if not for ....
The Bad: overwhelming number of conveniently inattentive parents travelling together with children running amuck from room to room, slamming doors whilst yelling and screaming at will.
Recommended For: stays during standard US school year (September through June) only.

Would very much recommend although be aware that there is a USD 15 daily "resort fee" over and above the room rate. However, if you consider this a daily high speed internet access fee it isnt too bad because your internet access is free. Restaurants are surprisingly good value and the food is very good for an American hotel. Even the Coffeee is above the usual standard found in the USA. Should you want to eat out you will need a car or have to cab it. Mears Transport is an economical way to get from MCO airport to the resort but it can take up to an hour (providing your dirver can find his way there).

Excellent hotel and beautiful grounds and pool area. Staff friendly and efficient, lovely clean room well furnished and beautiful comfortable public areas
Only problem we had was that the air conditioning was making all the public areas very cold and it made it uncomfortable when sitting eating a meal in the restaurants and bars - even the staff were complaining of the cold. We wore jackets each evening but even then we were still cold.

Loved the hotel, had a great time. We have 4 children & they loved it also. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Very upscale without being snooty. The pools & lazy river were great, the poolside restraunt was good. Breakfasts at Trevi's were excellent w/ a wonderful wait staff. We went to Disney & Universal & the drive was quick. The par 3 golf course was alot of fun (my husband made a hole in one!) I would not hesitate to reccomend this hotel. thumbs up all the way!!
