The hotel we used to love

1 of 1 people found the following review helpful — I would recommend this hotel if you don't need to sleep. The a/c stops every 15 minutes and wakes you up. When you fall asleep again it re-starts and wakes you. I stayed 11 nights and couldn't catch a wink. The TV turns off unexpectedly and you have to re-tune. If you don't remember what channel you were watching you better forget it. In spite of that, the employees are very nice, except the guy from maintenance who showed up and didn't do anything to help me, stating that other guests didn't care about the A/C turning on and off all night, so I should not care either. I complained to the management but to no avail. I also wrote a letter. They couldn't care less.

Fantastic Comfort Inn

1 of 1 people found the following review helpful — I'm recommending Comfort Inn Buena Vista to my relatives and friends. This has been our best stay at any hotel/motel of our eight trips to the Disney area. The price was very reasonable, only $40 per night. The room and the bathroom were very clean. The bedding was crisp. It felt like we were in our own home. The bus shuttle service to the theme parks was very good. The free breakfast consisted of toast, cereal, and coffee. Just enough to get you going. We also stayed six nights at the All-Star Music Resort in Disney. Comfort Inn compares very favorably and costs about $50 less per night. Can't wait to go back.

Tremendous Value for Lake Buena Vista

2 of 2 people found the following review helpful — Definite pros are the frequent shuttles to all of the theme parks, including Sea World and Universal, in room safe, mini fridge, microwave, walking distance to downtown Disney and very impressive renovated rooms. This is my 6th stay here and I will return for many more, if the price remains constant. I also love the proximity to the outlet malls and supermarkets. (Winn Dixie and Goodings very close by) This becomes very important when you opt to pack a lunch to the parks instead of paying some outrageous food prices at some of them. I guess one could always find cons to a property by I am not even going to mention the petty stuff. I am an extremely satisfied repeat customer of the Comfort Inn LBV. The renovated room made an already pleasant stay even better.

Comfort Inn

I would recommend this hotel to others. First off all, booking the reservation on skoosh was great. They definately had the lowest prices for the hotel room. I looked at several other sites and quite a few of them were almost double the price. The room was nice and clean. We got locked out of our room on the 2nd night. Some how the bolt on the door swung back and locked when we left. Quite a suprise when we got back! The front desk was quick to call security. The security verified us, and requested id and called back to the front desk to make sure everything matched up. Then the maintance showed up. This may happen often, because he was ready w/the right tool. We were back in our hotel room, I would say in about 10 minutes or so. The hotel also allows pets, which is great.
