Location. DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Orlando at SeaWorld is a family friendly Orlando resort in the entertainment district and close to Aquatica, SeaWorld Orlando, and Discovery Cove. Additional points of interest include Wonderworks and Titanic the Experience. Resort Features. In addition to 2 restaurants, DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Orlando at SeaWorld offers a coffee shop/café and a grocery. A poolside bar and a bar/lounge are open for drinks. Room service is available during limited hours. Recreational amenities include a children's pool, a health club, a spa tub, a sauna, and a fitness facility. The property's full service health spa has body treatments, massage/treatment rooms, and facials. This 3. 5 star property has a 24 hour business center and offers a meeting/conference room, technology support staff, and limo/town car service. Wireless and wired high speed Internet access is available in public areas (surcharges apply). There is some property enhancements that start on April 3rd that will affect our main lagoon patio, center pool and Red Parrot Pool Bar, Max’s Deli, and hotel's lobby until May 24, 2013.

We stayed at International Plaza Resort & Spa Jan 09

Good location at bottom of International Drive next to Sea World, and not too far from Convention Centre. Our room was newly refurbished with tasteful decor, new bath towels and bed linen. Check In was easy and friendly, and as our request, we were given a ground floor, pool facing room. Although the pool was not heated (January) the gardens and pool areas are spacious and excellently maintained. There are some nearby restaurants within walking distance but a car is advisable. We did not use the hotel Restaurant , deli or spa. The hotel is in the process of a full refurbishment and some buildings were closed, but every care is being taken not to inconvenience guests. We have stayed at this hotel 3 times during the past 5 years for 1-2 night stopovers, and would definitely recommend for a vacation or for business trip.

Great stay at International Plaza Orlando

This was a new and great experience, the hotel was located as a close walking distance to Sea World, with nice and clean rooms an very kind and helpful staff, we recommend this hotel to all of you.

Grand Hotel

Excellent value for the money. They are just finishing up renovations and the rooms are great! This hotel offers many amenities such as pools, golf (putting area and minature golf), game room and well lit walkways. The location is superb! I would highly recommend this hotel.

Superficially beautiful but no so on the inside!

We stayed at the International Plaza Resort & Spa for 5 nights. The staff is wonderful, the grounds are lovely, BUT what really matters most are the rooms which are awful. They are in the process of renovation but little evidence of work is being done. This is really a 2 star hotel and I can understand why Sheraton dumped it. Rooms are old, musty, moldy, damp and noisy. You cannot leave the fans off or the humidity builds up in the room to unbearable levels.. Tiles in shower were cracked, caulking in poor shape. The fan in the bathroom did not work and the lights had a short in them and where hard to turn on/off. A plus is is an on site deli which is open from 6:30 a.m. to midnight serving a name brand personal pan pizza and breakfast sandwiches.Can't recommend even at a bargain rate.
