Great experience. We loved the shopping centre that you can walk through the hotel lobby into! The staff were very attentive and the hotel itself was clean and comfortable.
Gym 24 hours and the pool and jacuzzi were great.
couldn't have been better.

The hotel itself was excellent - beautiful room, conveniently located, ATM in lobby. The fact that it is connected to the mall - directly by the Starbucks and at the end of the same hallway as the food court - was a great convenience. Great price and reasonable valet rates. Surrounding area has lots of restaurants as well.

The Hotel is clean and comfortable . The fact that it is connected to the mall is great , it gives you many options .

We go to this hotel twice a year, and this time we had a 6 month old baby (and all his gear) with us. We asked the hotel to give us a bigger room, and they gave us one that was slightly bigger then the usual ones (by a few feet, but every bit helped!).
The room service was really great - we had special orders and they didn't bat an eye.
I would recommend this to others, especially since it's right inside the mall!

We have stayed at this hotel before, decent rooms, clean and bed comfortable. Great location for shopping we only stayed two nights before a cruise so stocked up on everything we needed. The rate through "Skoosh" was great, I would be reluctant to full price, always shop around. The resort fee of $7.50 per day per room seemed steep, it was not clear what it was for initially but basically it covered your toiletries, coffee/tea and water. Would definitely stay there again for a few nights if the price was right.

Absolutely. Impressed with professionalism of front desk and room service staff. Exceeded my expectations. Only thing I wasn't crazy about were the pillows...very large. Would recommend something smaller or more plush.

No complaints. Enjoyed the mall attached to the hotel. Marble bath floor and sink top was nice. Other than that, just a regular clean hotel!

Staying at the Florida Mall Hotel is definitely a good experience. It's extremely convenient for a weekend of shopping and the rooms themselves are very nice. The price we got at skoosh.com made the stay well worth it.
However, the hot tub was only lukewarm, and they lock up the mall access after a certain time, which means if you are eating late at one of the restaurants in the mall, you have to go outside and walk around to the front - not something a few women necessarily felt comfortable doing.
