Lets start with the good points. The room was huge (bigger than my flat) and very well kitted out. The staff were brilliant, very friendly and helpful. The pool is lovely. The atmosphere is great very family friendly. There is a supermarket next door(although the barman wasn't sure if it was walking distance it really is VERY close).
Bad Points. The bar is very expensive The restaurant is tiny for such a large hotel.
Overall I'd say BOOK IT NOW!!! we got a great price with Skoosh and I'd defiantly go back next time I'm in Orlando.

This resort more than met our expectations. For a very reasonable we had a luxurious, fully appointed two bedroom condo complete with three TVs (one flat screen), two full baths, and a super-luxurious master ensuite with Jacuzzi. Balcony overlooking the fountain and the full kitchen included every possible necessity. An ensuite washer and dryer is also included. Complimentary high speed internet is included and works really well. The pool area is beautiful with an absolutely awesome kids pool area with a number of fun water features. Our 8-year-old and 3-year-old loved it and would have stayed there full time. The pool bar and grill was also handy and there is a hot tub and cold therapy pool as well. The location can't be beat - 15 minutes from all of the major theme parks (5 min to Seaworld and Premium Outlet Mall). We will definitely return!)

The accomodation was lovely and of a high standard with lots of space and a wonderful main bathroom with spa bath and walk in shower. The kitchen had a huge fridge and cooker but we did run out of cutlery as there were only 4 of everything, and a teatowel and oven gloves were not provided, so it would be useful to bring these with you. The cafe was useful and the pool was a good size.
The situation of the complex was really good for our visits to Sea World, Epcot and the Disney waterparks, it is only a few miles to both sites. We had a car which is useful as everything is so spread out in Florida. The supermarket is within walking distance but would be difficult to food shop without a car.
We would definately recommend Floridays and would stay there again.

We had the three bedroom condo which is handicap accessible. My mother-in-law is elderly and it was perfect for her. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The linens were hotel quality. They don't charge extra for parking. It's located very centrally with access to the public transportation system as well. This was a bargain!

This was a great hotel...beautiful room...had everything in it that we needed. There are 3 pools, and all provide towels and are very clean. We were so thrilled with the hotel until we left to check out. We asked why we didn't have the wireless internet that was advertised on the website...they told us they charge $5 (and some days are $10) for all the extras....the worst thing was, we had to pay for it whether we used it or not....so we had the access but info in the room told us there was only dial up. No one ever told us...they need to update their materials. So for 5 days, we had to pay $40 for services we never used. It is not an option....so ask when you get there.

We have stayed at Floridays Orlando several times and you just can't find a better value if you need a little extra space. The 2BR and 3BR units are perfect for families and the kids LOVE the pool area. And although they also sell these units,there is never any high pressure sales pitch. In fact, you would have to ask for information if you were interested. We highly recommend this resort.

Floridays Resort is pretty new, so it is clean, it has granite in the kitchen and baths, the furniture is nice. The only negatives would be: lots of glass table tops, so bring some cleaner with you, the washing machine and dishwasher were extremely loud, so set them to run when you are out.
At check in we were told that we would not be getting clean towels everyday and the sheets would be renewed on the 3rd day. A maid did come daily, took the trash, gave us clean towels everyday and remade the beds for us.
We would stay here again if we were with friends and/or family. The pool area was great. VERY close to outlet shopping, groceries and restaurants. Location excellent.

Staff was so friendly, we felt like they where family. Rooms are very clean and keep up. Nice being able to wake up and have breakfast, while still in the p.j.'s. loved being in the back buildings the small pool is nice and quiet. not so many kids. if they didn't plan it that way they should. so when you come as we did adults only, you can enjoy the vacation too. didn't like having to pay to use business center. Value for the money...

I would highly recommend this place to others. The size of the rooms and the pool area impressed me. The workers were friendly and prompt. The only complaint would have been that the game room was a little smaller then expected. Yes my expections were met.
