yes as long as you don't expect too much. The hotel is very cheap so you only get what you pay for. It was clean but needs revamping. The only big complaint I have is that the music from the bar is way too loud and go's on too late so you don't get much sleep, mainly the weekends

I had a lovely time staying at the Orlando Metropolitan Express. They are open 24hours, and seem to have the answers to everything. I needed and extra blanket, they delivered it to my room. I wanted to take the shuttle they offer to Universal Studios but I worried that they wouldn't want me to leave my car after checkout, but that was no problem either. A very accomidating place, where you can buy your tickets to the Theme parks in Orlando right in the lobby for a great price.

This was the Third time in the last year that I stayed at the Hotel. We are very with the outstanding service and cleanliness each time.

When I travel to Orlando this is the first place I look for.

It is also close to drug store, food and intertainment.

We stayed at this hotel a couple of years ago, before the renovations. The pool was noticeably cleaner than last time. It is a basic hotel with basic facilities, but you don't go to Orlando to stay in the hotel room. The air con is really noisy, so we tended to turn it off when we were in the room.
Universal is a genuine 10 minute walk from the hotel, so you save quite a bit on parking - it's not much further than the far reaches of the parking lots!
Breakfast is basic but you take as much as you want. There are several restaurants nearby with full breakfast buffets for $3.99 if you want more.
