The hotel's family dining room features a delightful antique décor and offers a daily, unlimited buffet breakfast and unlimited buffet dinner. A cafe provides sandwiches, drinks and snacks. There is also a lounge. The hotel is located on International Drive and Sand Lake Road, in the "Heart" of sunny Orlando, within walking distance of restaurants, dinner shows, shops, and Wet-N-Wild, 12. 8 km from Walt Disney World Theme Park, 16 km from Orlando International Airport. It is a modern, 6-story building, with spacious tropical courtyards that enclose two large heated swimming pools and a children's wading pool. The lobby is medium in size and modern in design. There is a restaurant off on the right, across from a nice gift shop. Rooms are medium in size, tropically decorated with two double beds and are equipped with refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker.

Very comfortable and clean. Pool was nice. Even left my camera in our room after we left and they mailed it to me! In the middle of everything. We didn't have to drive anywhere. I would def stay here again.

Perfect location on I-drive

Stay at this hotel at least twice a year, perfect location on International drive, ideal if you intend to visit the parks or a non driver. Hotel is currently under renovation and one of the two pools was closed as was the rear entrance to hotel which can course a few problems if your'e driving and want to avoid the busy Sandlake Road. Current rooms are a little run down but clean. The newly refurbished rooms look very nice though. Hotel breakfast buffet is reasonably priced and hotel reception staff are very friendly. One tip if your'e a light sleeper, ask for a room that is not opposite the Interstate 4 highway, it gets very noisy especially early in the morning.

Dirty, useless staff, would not recommend!

I am an air hostess and have stayed in hundreds of hotels accross the world and this was the worst yet! I am always very open minded when staying abroad but there are two things that I think are escential and that is good customer service and clean hygenic rooms. This accommodation lacked both! The toilet had stains of urine from previous tenants all down the neck of the toilet where it hadn't been cleaned properly. The bed sheets were grubby and there was a large White stain on the chair in the room that I don't even want to think about what it could be! The service was apauling-the staff were lazy and unhelpful-we asked about the 'free' shuttles to universal and were told to get the bus! I will be writing a full review on trip advisor. Skoosh are are great company to book through just don't bookthishotel!
