I arrived late at night and found a courteous staff willing to put me at ease about my safety. Was pleasantly surprised to find my room had a frig and microwave already included.

Good, not great, place to sleep in Orlando

1 of 1 people found the following review helpful — We've had great luck with Comfort Suites in the past. Got a great rate from Skoosh, as usual. Older hotel that is reasonably well maintained. Very convenient location. Smooth check-in. Room had outside entrance and was very dark, little outside light.. Everything worked and was clean. Door was warped and did not close tight so noise from I4 was noticeable all night. Solved with duck tape. Everything was clean, pool and hot tubs great. Lots of families. Tiki Bar also good and reasonable. "Resort Fee" of $2.50 per day is tacky. Include it in the price, you are not a "resort". Breakfast is good but total mayhem if you get there after 7:30. Too little space, too many people, many complaining. Bad taste in mouth on last day as we asked for a 6:00 wake-up call that never came. Almost missed our flight home.

It was ok for the price

The hotel is old and needs a renovation. When I searched for options near the convention center it said that the hotel was .4 miles away, and this is not accurate, I ended up paying for Cab's fare around $30 dollars a day.

THE BEST FOR THE PRICE NEAR UNIVERSAL

THIS HOTEL WAS PERFECT FOR US BECAUSE IT WAS CLOSE TO THE PARKS AND OTHER ATTRACTIONS BUT STILL QUIET AND HIDDEN FROM THE TRAFFIC AND NOISE. WE LOVED THE POOL. IT WAS HEATED AND WELL MAINTAINED. THE ROOMS WERE VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. THE STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS BUT ONLY TO SUGGEST THIS HOTEL IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON GOING TO MANY PARKS AND SHOWS. IT WAS A GREAT FAMILY PLACE. I WISH ALL HOTELS HAD ALL THIS FOR SUCH A REASONABLE PRICE.

It was a good price.

I would recommend to others only if they get a good price for it. The comfort suites website wants like $80 to $90 dollars a night and that is ridiculous for just an adequate room. I paid around $45 dollars and so I thought that was a fair price for on ok hotel.
