I have stayed at this resort over the last number of years (7). Property grounds very nice & well kept. Interior rooms spacious but severely lacking in regular daily cleaning, hair on bathroom floor from previous guests , food particals on walls & kitchen hot plate ,furniture showing wear & tear. Not up to normal Marriott standards. The rooms need to be refurbished , carpets tattered, dirty & stained. Curtains have food stains. In need of a paint job & through cleaning. Daily housekeeping is far below standards expected, Requested sheets to be changed after 7 nights didn't happen. Front desk advised , manager said issues would be addressed but never were. I loved this resort but guess it's now time to move to a newer hotel. I will be writing the general manager of the hotel, when speaking to other guests around the pool they identified similar housekeeping issues.

Would recommend this hotel. Good value for the money. The bathrooms were nothing amazing, but they were clean and in good condition. The Breakfast buffet was great and had everything you could possibly want. Great choice for families on a budget.

The room was clean quite and comfortable. Staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet was very convient. Hotel convienece store was very overpriced, but thats to be expected. Would return to this Residence Inn.

The rooms were very nice and comfortable. We only got to stay one night - wish it would have been longer. The breakfast buffet is large but there are so many people that its hard to find a place to sit down. When it says the buffet ends at 10am (on weekends), it means just that - so make sure you get to the buffet before closing. Reading info on this hotel I thought it would be located across the street from SeaWorld but it wasn't. Don't attend SeaWorld on the 4th of July - very crowded.

Third time we have stayed in this hotel, its well placed for all attractions. First impression is clean, tidy, friendly, polite staff, large clean well appointed rooms. Pool is of a good size well laid out plenty of room never too busy. Breakfast is busy but OK with a reasonable choice but gets a bit boring after a few days. Overall the hotel is a very good base for a family visiting the attractions in Florida.

We found the Residence Inn Seaworld fit our needs perfectly for attending a conference at the convention center. I felt we were the only childless couple at the resort but that was not a problem. The hotel is located 2 minutes (drive) from the convention center. Even at 9am on a Monday there was no traffic during the drive. Even nicer was that the hotel was off the main tourist road, International Drive, offering "greener" views...i.e. less cement more vegetation. It was a great area for beautiful morning walks. The morning breakfast was very convenient. We stayed in a one bedroom suite which met all our needs. They had wireless in the rooms and throughout the facility (even the pool area) which came in very handy. I would highly recommend this hotel for both families and conventioneers.

A good value, the hotel was quiet and clean. Breakfast buffet was excellent and it was fantastic to have the suite for a longer stay. A more substantial bar / restaurant would make things just about perfect.

The place was immaculate and the people who work there were great. The kids really loved the breakfast buffet, which was very good with a variety of hot foods as well as fresh fruits and cereals. The room was very comfortable, with a refrigerator, microwave and plates and glasses. We would absolutely stay here again!!

We liked the pool and playground. The room was larger than we expected. The location was great for Seaworld, Disney and Universal. We did all three. Great price thru Skoosh.

I would recommend this hotel for budget minded travelers who want good value. The room was kept very clean and the staff were friendly and accomodating. The breakfast buffet adds to the great value. A wonderful stepping off place for families. The location was PERFECT! Quiet, close to SeaWorld, and halfway between Disney and Universal. A great central spot.
