Bad: Housekeeping not acceptable. Glass top of desk and bedside table had not been cleaned, both were sticky and looked like someone had eaten dinner & had drinks there, no cleaning at all. Area next to sink was the same way. Door of bathroom was filthy. So how clean was the carpet? There was a big pool of shampoo on the floor of the tub, luckily I saw it before stepping in or I could have slipped.

Good: Staff was very friendly, and parking was free in adjacent garage.

Otherwise nothing to distinguish this high priced hotel from less expensive competition. Luckily, I paid a reasonable price through Skoosh.com.

Very nice hotel. Great pool, pool bar, bartenders were nice. Rooms were ok. Good bed, clean. Great location with a lot around

Hotel facilities are excellent.
Proximity to OCCC is perfect to walk to.
Parking was $5.00 per day- thought that it was free.
Taxes on EVERYTHING!
I had a $53.00 room service charge that blew up over $70.00 with mandatory 20% tip and TAXES!!!!

Very nice hotel. Good layout. Great pool and proximity to attractions. Very accomodating staff. Rooms were a little small, but clean and nice. Would have liked a mini bar and refrigerator though.

I have reserved this 4* hotel for special occasion. But had very bad experience. Wash basin was not draining water properly. Service engineer also not able to fix it for 20 minutes.

Overall not a worth of price which we paid

Parking was the only part I didn't like. A long walk from the garage to the room elevator. I really liked the snack bar on the main floor especially if you are on the go. Otherwise a very nice place to stay. I will visit them again.

I found the room average for the price. Breakfast should be included with a hotel of these standards. The facilities are clean and service was good.

Probably not a good recommendation. Service and cleanliness were not up to par. Probably would pass on another stay at the Rosen Centre.

It was a very nice hotel and a great value for the price. It's right next door to the convention center very convenient.
The rooms were clean and quiet, I would recommend this site for great pricing and the hotel for great accommodation.

We have stayed in this hotel many times before and it offers excellent value for money. It is in a great location on International Drive and is handy for all attractions and shops. The hotel is a conference hotel which means that during the day, whilst most of the visitors are at conferences, the pool area is really quiet and relaxing. Red's Deli is excellent for snacks and is open 24 hours a day. We didn't try the other restaurants on this trip but we have previously and they have been good too. The hotel is really clean and the staff are very friendly.
