Very clean and contemporary. Great service with a smile. Beautiful hotel. Love the fast pass feature at Universal with your room keys. I've stayed at Portofino before and loved it, but Hard Rock is closer (walking distance) to Universal, and I liked it better. Very beautiful walk in a lush landscape, or you can take the boat.
Skoosh came through with flying colors. Was my first time using Skoosh but not my last.

I highly recommend this Hotel to anyone, kids no kids and people of all ages will have a blast. From the unique modern interior and all of the music memorabilla to the awesome pool and big slide people will never be bored. My expectations were met and exceeded all the staff is there ready to make it the best stay for you. It was def. worth the value, when you stay here you get an express pass for Universal Studios and that means you get to skip everyone in line and go to the front to get on the ride/attraction, so worth it.
