No breakfast but very easy to find breakfast nearby.
Very crowded place. Feel safety.
Only Wifi at lobby.
Suggest prepare your own pocket wifi device!

We really enjoyed our 2 nights' stay at Swissotel Osaka. Locality is perfect and it is one hotel you look forward to go back to after a day out. Love it, so did our friends who stayed there too. Thank you for the fantastic service.

a very nice hotel and centrally located to shopping and subway station - about 5 minutes walk. as what others have said, just look for the statue of liberty and you are there. the only bad point is that they do not have wifi in the room though its available in the lobby.

It is very convenient. Near the station as well as the place for eating and shopping. Though the room is not large, it is clean and comfortable.
The price is reasonable.

この価格で申し分ない広さと快適な部屋に宿泊できました。
贅沢を言えば、街中のホテルは仕方ないですが、窓が開かないため、ダストがかなり舞うのが気になり空気清浄機があればいいなあと思いました。スタッフ対応は年始の忙しい時だったからか、電話にはなかなか出ないし、名の通ったホテルにしては、かなり残念なレベルでした。

The Sheraton Miyako was wonderful, NOT in Osaka City Center, but directly at Metro/train station Uehommachi!
We recommend it very much!

The location of Ramada Osaka hotel is excellent, just nearby the Nakatsu station or you may walk (8 mins) to/from Umeda station. And there are two convenience stores next to the hotel, 15 seconds walk only.

The hotel room is comparatively larger than the rooms in other same level hotels (we have stayed before). we stayed in a superior twin room.

The wifi works well in the public area of the hotel, but not in our room, a bit disappointed. However, the in-room high-speed internet (connected via cable) is good.

In conclusion, it was worth for money we paid and the hotel service met our expectations.

The hotel was a good value for the money. The room was very large compared to others I have stayed in in Japan. The room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was that the console including the radio and alarm was very difficult to figure out. Music came on in the middle of the night and it was difficult to shut off. The staff were polite and helpful as is standard in Japan. The restaurant was just average. The shuttle service was good. Don't take the taxi if you can avoid it I arrived at Kansai at an odd hour and decided to take a cab: it was $40.00 + for a very short trip.
