The rooms were a bit small, and there are some rather unsavoury looking characters hanging around near by. Otherwise it was a perfectly decent hotel

Ok placement if going with rail or plain, so thats why I stayed there for second time, but was noisy first time, and more this, hear clearly if someone walking above. And no additiononal amenities, if need for tothbrush, you had to pay for it, and no coffee or tea+maker, and really tiney rooms. Probarbly my last time there, because kind of expensive, not worth it.

The hotel is nice and its location is very central. Walking distance to the main street, shops and restaurants. The hotel is no-smoking, but the room did smell of cigarette. There was also a bad smell from the bathroom. Don't take your car with you ! Very expencive parking - almost 300 kr a day. Breakfast is wonderful, but I missed the chance to make a cup of coffe or tea in my room.

Very good hotel - excellent position for shopping and for getting around the city as situated within a shopping mall which is attached to both the subway station and the central train station called OSLO S
Plenty of space in the room with good bathroom & TV facilities - internet also available although we didnt use it - free internet computers were available in reception.
Also available was a kids nursery play area complete with boats and a castle to play with.
Food is taken in a themed norweigan wood style restaurant which has an upstairs glass frontage overlooking the main square area in front of the train station - ideal for people watching
