We loved this place! The service and hospitality was exceptional. The hotel is beautiful... the rooms are actually nicer than what's reflected online. The only issue - the kids pool was really windy the days we were there. It's a beautiful setting, but just too windy each day and the other pool was just fine each day. We would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a family-friendly place that is resort quality. I would put it in the same category as a Ritz.

This hotel comes highly recommended. It is a new hotel, opened around May of 2007, and is first-class. All the rooms are suites that have a kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and microwave), ample living areas, high-def TVs, balconies, and a master bath. The room was super clean- with both housekeeping and turn-down, servicing the room two times a day.

The amenties of the hotel were fantastic. The staff at the hotel was extremely polite and always greeted the guest with a smile and hello. There are two pools- one for kids with a huge water slide, another which is more for older teens and adults. Pool attendents offer towels, lotions, and in the hot weather- chilled hand towels to cool off.

This was a high-end hotel, worth every penny but be prepared to pay high-end prices for room service, restaurant, and valet. Worth the splurge.
