We got a great rate at this hotel in Boca..for the price you can't beat it. The room was excellent with a beatiful view of the intracoastal waterway, you can pay extra for even better views I believe. The Sunday brunch at the restaurant on the top floor is a local tradition..we had my dads bday party there and it was excellent. There is also a restaurant poolside with a bar, great place to hang out and watch the boats go under the drawbridge..you are just about under the bridge on one side of the pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful, the valet guys were awesome..went to the beach and they loaded our car with complimentary chairs, umbrella and boogie boards. Theres also a boat and wave runner rental on the property..book that in advance or they run out.

I would definately recommend it to others...it was only 1 block from the ocean at a wonderfully quiet beach...W e took a daily walk and loved the location, staff , and restaurant. Great value for the area
