We enjoyed our stay

The hotel Astor Saint Honore has quite a few good features to point out. First it is clean and although our room was small (normal by most European standards) it was most comfortable and quiet. No tub but the shower was nice and roomy. The breakfast is above average for most hotels in Europe. The staff was helpful and efficient. The hotel is very close to two major metro stations. It is also close to Printemps and Lafayette shopping centers which was nice because Paris was very cold during our stay. There are also some very nice restaurants and some very acceptible pubs within walking distance. The main shopping street of Rue Saint Honore is close by providing access to designer shops, antique stores, and much more. We plan on staying at the Astor Saint Honore in the future and would recommend this hotel to our friends.

Very friendly staff and clean rooms

My gf and I stayed at the Astor Saint Honore for 7 nights. We enjoyed it very much and would recommend this hotel to anyone. The price was reasonable (...for Paris), especially with the inclusion of the breakfast buffet. The staff spoke English and were very friendly. This hotel is located close to some of the high-end retail stores, if that's what you like to do. There is a small department/grocery/pharmacy store just around the corner. It is called the MonoPrix and has anything you might need or may have forgotten to bring. Approximately one miles walk down one of the main streets is the Opera House, and across the street from that is the Roissy Bus pick-up/drop-off point. This bus is an express to and from airport (CDG) and worth the 9.1 euros. Also on the same block is an office for the 'Open Tour' bus which is fun!

I loved the Astor Saint Honore!

I was impressed by the courteous and responsive staff at the hotel. They were friendly and went out of their way to greet me, make sure I had what I needed (and more), and were incredibly professional. Additionally, the room was rather large (in comparison to most European city hotels) and I was pleasantly surprised by that. Everything was clean, modern, and felt like I should be paying a lot more than what I was!

It definetely was a french style hotel; small but clean and updated. My expectations were met except for one morning when the water heater broke and there was no hot water from 6am till about 10am. Other than that the hotel was excellent. Great Location.

The hotel is in a good and convenient location. The staff were accomodating and helpful. The room was very small. Also, the "business center" consists of one computer in a small area that did not work very well, so if you need to do any work this is not the place to be. Overall it was satisfactory, but would not be a first choice for a return.
