Located halfway between place de la République and Père Lachaise, Visitors can enjoy boat trips along the Saint-Martin Canal, explore the open-air market at BelleTown and stroll along the narrow, picturesque streets of the Marais. In the evening, you can catch a show at the Cirque d'Hiver (Winter Circus) and the Bataclan concert hall. Modern building with 7 floors and a white facade. Each studio and apartment houses a bathroom with hairdryer and separate toilet, and a fully-equipped separate kitchen area complete with stove, microwave/grill, dishwasher and fridge. All apartments have TVs with satellite channels and Canal+ , safe deposit boxes and direct-line phones. Linen and towels are provided. The apartment is cleaned and linen and towels are changed once a week free of charge. Additional house-cleaning service is available on request and is charged according to your requirements. 4 apartments are equipped for people with reduced mobility. Both double and twin studios are equipped with sofa bed (double or twin bedded).

We have been informed that from November 2011 Paris hotels may charge a 2% city tax on stays exceeding €200/night directly to guests before they check out at the hotel's own discretion. Citadines Republique Paris perfect for families.

I would highly recommend this to anyone, especially families. It was perfection to me. It was an easy subway ride into the heart of the city, yet it was in a neighborhood with bakeries, grocers, restaurants, etc. It was bustling and Parisian perfection. The room itself was fantastic, it had two rooms, shower room, toilet room and kitchen with all supplies needed. We got groceries and then used the kitchen for breakfast and sometimes a late dinner. The pull out sofa bed was great, it was the best one we've ever used, very thick and comfortable.
