This is a 2 star, tourist class property. It is in a nice area, if not centrally located. (0309PG) The hotel is in the northern Peripherique area, 5 minutes walk from the metro station "St Denis Basilique", and the famous Paris Stadium. The hotel overlooks a pleasant and lively area which looks like a small village. The hotel is a modern, 4 storey building, with a large entrance. The large lobby is open plan with the bar area. The public areas are light and airy. Most rooms are medium in size, and in good condition. Bathrooms are fair, each with a small shower cubicle. Wardrobes are small.

We have been informed that from November 2011 Paris hotels may charge a 2% city tax on stays exceeding €200/night directly to guests before they check out at the hotel's own discretion. Due to a lack of further official information we cannot currently confirm if this will be applied by all hotels or if it may be included in room rates. 2 of 3 people found the following review helpful — We stayed in two rooms, one of theese with a nasty musty smell. In the other room the toilet was out of order and the hotel management didn't succeed to fix it during our four day stay. A request to borrow a PC for two minutes to make an online flight check in was denied with the excuse that the hotel has no internet connection!
