This 3-star hotel is considered a first class property. This hotel offers a very good standard of accommodations in a convenient location; all major tourist attractions are easily reachable, and the hotel enjoys a prime position for underground and rail links. The hotel also offers a small conference suite (0808IU). The hotel is located in the Nation arrondissement, an easy distance to the Bastille and Le Marais. There are good public transport connections. Beautifully renovated, the hotel is built in a traditional Parisian-style, 6-storey building. The lobby, large in size, welcomes guests in a very bright atmosphere. There is a comfortable seating area, situated in front of the reception. Just recently renovated in summer 2008, the bedrooms are of excellent standard and are pleasantly furnished, with dark or light wooden furniture and different colour schemes. They vary in size, with almost half of them medium in size, whilst the remainder are small but functional and comfortable. All rooms are fully-equipped with flat screen television, direct-dial telephone, free Internet access and hair-dryers. Some rooms have bathrooms with bathtubs, but the majority are equipped with power showers. Bathrooms are in an exceptional condition.

We have been informed that from November 2011 Paris hotels may charge a 2% city tax on stays exceeding €200/night directly to guests before they check out at the hotel's own discretion. Due to a lack of further official information we cannot currently confirm if this will be applied by all hotels or if it may be included in room rates. wonderful hotel

recently stayed in this hotel for five nights, it was absolutely lovely. Staff were always friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The room was tidy, clean and well-kept with a small balcony onto the little streets and park behind the hotel. Am already recommending it to friends as a great value hotel, and intend to stay there again. In a great location too, easy to get to and from since it's just five minutes up the street from Nation station. It even has a metro stop fifty feet from the hotel. Supermarket across the road and cafes and excellent patisseries up and down the street. Highly recommended.

The desk clerk was extrememy friendly and helpful. He gave us maps of the city, explained how to use the subway system and recommendations for local restaurants. The room though small (normal by European standards) was superb. Everything seemed new and fresh. We were a bit concerned about in a front room right on the street but the rooms were so sound proofed we never heard any road noise.

pleasant and clean hotel

The hotel is clean and well maintained. The services are basic but usually sufficient. It was very helpful that there's a free WiFi connection. The reception stuff was very helpful and friendly. The location is quite good. Not in the center, but also not too far with Metro. There's an area with nice restaurants and bars not far from the hotel. Generally, it is a good option for a business trip or short holiday though it is a bit expensive for the value.

It is a good hotel, the rooms had good decor, small but what you would expect from a reasonable price in Paris. The reception staff were friendly so i would recommend this hotel if you need to stay in the Nation area. it was an easy walk to the metro.
