Lift not working, request for 2 single beds ignored, so called Eiffel tower view rooms on the 5th floor are tiny and claustophobic, toilet seat positioned partly under the sink and needed to master acrobatics to use, toilet and shower licking. Opt for one of the lower floor rooms, they might be better. Street where hotel is and area is nice and clean.

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Hotel La Demeure for a long weekend break. This hotel is great value for money. It's located a short walk from a metro train station - so it's easy to get in to see the sites and to/from CDG airport. 10-15 min walk to the river. The staff were extremely friendly and also gave us some great little tips to help us enjoy our sightseeing. All of the front desk service staff speak clear English if you don't know much French. There's a great little bakery across the street where we got some breakfast on the run each day. The rooms were small... but it's Paris and all of the hotel rooms are small. We didn't need to spend much time in doors as we were out walking and site seeing all day and most of the night.

Hotel La Demeure Review

I would totally recommend this hotel to those looking for affordable accomodation options in Paris, as everything is quite expensive. The accomodation itself is small, but very clean, and the staff were helpful when asked for information regarding the area and hotel itself. Breakfast was included and was quite adequate for myself (not full English/hot), but there were croissants, baguettes, jams, yoghurts, cheeses etc...It was really nice coming to a clean room after long days of site seeing, or long nights of partying.
Its location is on the outskirts of the funky Latin Quarter, and it is close to two metro stations that will take you where you want to go. There are a handful of charming brasseries and patisseries right by the hotel, and it's location affords you the chance to explore the Latin Quarter on foot.

This Hotel offers an excellent location. Front desk was very helpful, suggested a great place to dine. Room was clean and had nice fittings. Easy access to the Metro approx 2 blocks away. Our room offered a fantastic view of the Eiffel tower and other major landmarks.
Great Value for money, highly recommend this hotel for people who want a decent hotel at a decent price. Hotel is within walking distance of the Pantheon and Notre Dame approx 15 minutes.
