This is a 3 star hotel and considered as a superior tourist class property. Highly recommended for clients looking for an excellent central location. Hotel fully renovated in 2012. FREE WIFI !!(0708PG) Ideally located, in the heart of Paris in a quiet street in the middle of the business and tourist districts, just two steps away from Place de la Bastille, 5 minutes walk from Gare de Lyon and not far from the Marais district. This is also a very nice central location next to many shops, restaurants and public transport. The hotel is a modern 6 storey building. The lobby is medium in size open plan with a reception area. The 42 rooms recently entirely renovated are designed for comfort, using harmonious colours and soft materials. All rooms are equipped with air-conditioning, flat screen TV with satellite channels, direct dial telephone, internet connection, free WiFi access and tea/coffee making facilities in each room.

We have been informed that from November 2011 Paris hotels may charge a 2% city tax on stays exceeding €200/night directly to guests before they check out at the hotel's own discretion. Due to a lack of further official information we cannot currently confirm if this will be applied by all hotels or if it may be included in room rates. Grand location and service and very clean at the Grand

The location is superb: close to 2 different metro stops, so you can easily go on the metro anywhere in Paris. Bathrooms are extremely small, but thatÂ´s minor given this hotelÂ´s boutique feeling, nice staff, and good price point....
