Very conveniently located, near one of the trendiest areas of Paris, Le Marais, known as Le Vieux Paris and for its splendid architecture, shops and of course its bars and very nice and typical French restaurants, the charming Relais du Marais is very cosy, welcoming and friendly. Due to its location, guests will easily reach all the main sights by public transport. The rooms have all the modern facilities for a hotel of this category.

We have been informed that from November 2011 Paris hotels may charge a 2% city tax on stays exceeding €200/night directly to guests before they check out at the hotel's own discretion. Due to a lack of further official information we cannot currently confirm if this will be applied by all hotels or if it may be included in room rates. awesome - totally modern, spotless clean, great breakfast

This place totally blew me away. For a two star hotel you don't get much in the states. I was very pleasantly surprised this hotel was so nice inside, totally modern, super spotless clean. And its in a great area a few feet from the metro. this place is better than many posh hotels I've stayed at. Would not hesitate to come back.

Small room lacking drawer storage but otherwise comfortable, warm, good shower and toilet. Adequate breakfast. Good Location

A great hotel with very helpful,pleasant staff

Immediately we entered the hotel lobby the man at reception made us feel at home. His english was very good and he was extremely helpful. During our stay we encountered a number of staff who were all equally helpful. One recommended two nearby restaurants which were both very good and frequented by locals. The hotel was clean, modern and reasonably quiet at night. The breakfast times were flexible, the food of a good quality. The breakfast room was a little cramped although the terrace would have eased this situation should the weather have allowed it's use. I would definitely consider staying there again. Marais is a great area and the hotel is conveniently situated to the Temple metro station.
