An elegant building offering comfortable and homely, fully equipped apartments with up to 2 bedrooms and studios. Location: next to the Opera, 1 Km. from the Place Vendôme, 900 m. from the Louvre, 2 Km. from the Sacré Coeur and 600 m. from department stores.

We have been informed that from November 2011 Paris hotels may charge a 2% city tax on stays exceeding €200/night directly to guests before they check out at the hotel's own discretion. Just an OK place to spend a night.

Apparently the room that we got was an upgrade from what we originally booked. The room was OK, but on a shabby side. Room temperature was the major problem. You can set heat either on or off. With the heat turned on the room turned into sauna, and it got chilly without it. The location is great, this is by far the best feature of the hotel. The problem with the light in the bathroom was quickly fixed. If you need a taxi, do not ask front desk to arrange it for you - it is a major rip off. Walk 2 minutes to the nearest taxi stand near Opera.
