The charming hotel comprises a total of 106 rooms of which 12 are junior suites. Amongst the facilities count an air-conditioned foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a luggage room, a safe, a currency exchange facility, a cloakroom and a lift in addition to a bar, a WLAN access point and conference facilities with Internet access. Additional facilities include room service and laundry services. This charming city hotel lies on a main street and the heart of the French capital. The famous Champs Élysées is just 50 m away and a diverse selection of shopping and entertainment venues are to be found just a few minutes walk away. St. Philippe du Roule métro station lies directly beside the hotel. The hotel has opened a spa centre with complimentary access to hotel guests every day. It is equipped with a hammam and a fitness room with the latest high-tech equipment such as Power Plate or Star Trac Pro machines (runner, cycle and elliptic cycle) and a fitness bench with dumbbells. Cloakrooms, showers and bathrooms are at guests' disposal. A massage room welcomes guests on appointment, various techniques are offered, including Californian, Shiatsu and Swedish. The buffet breakfast buffet can be enjoyed in the breakfast room or served in guests' rooms from 7 am till 2 pm. By car, take the ring road up to Porte Maillot exit, then Avenue de la Grande Armée, Avenue de Friedland, Rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré, and Rue La Boétie. By underground, take lines 1 and 9 - Station Franklin Roosevelt. Line 9 - Saint Philippe du Roule.

The Rochester Hotel is an extremely pleasant hotel with very high spec in terms of its decor, cleanliness, situation (200 metres from Champs Elysee). The overall accommodation was excellent and so was the service. Highly recommended.

allthough we enjoyed our stay at the rochester,there were a couple of small gripes breakfst room a bit small for no of guests had to wait for a table a couple of times. We only used the bar on one accosion as it was a bit dark, which may be due to dark wood panelling, and was lacking in atmosphere. Also on friday and saturday night there were a lot of cars being driven by youngsters ghoing up the street on which hotel stands lots of peeping horns and revving engines. Having said this we enjoyed our stay at the rochester and the staff were all msot helpfull and polite.
